Because each product is made to order and customized specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, change of mind, or other non-quality-related reasons.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or significantly different from the approved preview, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. After reviewing the case, we will offer a replacement, reprint, or refund where appropriate.
Please make sure all personalization details, photos, size options, and frame options are correct before placing your order.
